A pipe burst on the 16th floor of the Pointe Royale Condominiums sending water rushing down each unit on Tuesday afternoon. Gary LaCroix, the president of the Pointe Royale COA board said fire crews were able to remove all the water from the building. He said most of the water damage is from the 6th floor up.
